The breakfast had lots of food and it was free. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was amazing. The location was good and perfect, 15 minutes or so from the Garden of the Gods, with a particularly nice view.

The staff were amiable and decent and provided an OUTSTANDING service. The hotel was set in a central area near the restaurants, places to visit, and areas where bricks were missing. Had nice dainties at Taste of Jerusalem Cafe, located a super close walk to the venue.

The service of the hotel was very outstanding, the front desk was more than accomodating. My husband and I arrived on motorcycles, and unfortunatly each evening around dinner time it stormed, much to our surprise the hotel offered a free shuttle service to area restruants, this was such a blessing, otherwise it would have been delivery evey night! Another plus was the 4-6 manager's happy hour offering Hor'derves and free cocktails, this was a nice beginning to our evening out. Thank you Clarion. It was also helpful having the buisness center with a printer avalibale for guest, we were able to purchase ticktets to area attractions without the hassle of waiting in ticket lines.
Location....booking online in an area you are unfamilure with is difficult. When we arrived we unloaded our items and walked aross the road to the "Denny's" resturant, as we sat eating we noticed many, many strange people walking by. I asked the waitress if we were safe in this area of town (we were parking two motorcycles outside for three nights. The answer was yes, however there are several homeless living in this area, and you may be approached for money...and we were, but not hurassed.

The Feather Pillows and choice of more than one.
Having to move down steps as I entered with my luggage in the door from the parking lot. Couldn't find any way a handicapped person or older person (like myself) to avoid them.

The only major problem we had was that the alarm clock in the room went off loudly at midnight waking and scaring us. And, it was difficult to turn off. I finally just unplugged it because I couldn't "unset" the alarm. Staff should check these clocks before new guests arrive in the room.

The location was great. The bed was comfortable, the amenities of the hotel were good.
I wish the pool was open a little later, I wish the breakfast room was a little larger and had a little more variety perhaps more fruit. The airconditioning was very loud.
